Our company was established in 2003 as a trading company with independent import and export rights. In 2013,we established our own glassware processing factory in Qixian, Shanxi Province, which achieved a perfect transformation of the integration of industry and trade. With more precise control in the process of controlling the delivery date and product quality, we have a deep understanding of product design and processing, so that our company can complete design principal perfectly in the process of communicating with foreign customers. At the same time, in the post-processing of products, equipments has been invested to increase the added value of the products and bring more profits to global customers.
In line with the business philosophy of honesty and trustworthiness and customer priority, up until to now, there has been no slack in 17 years, which has achieved a high degree of bonding with foreign companies. Our products have been export all over the world, including the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, France, The United Kingdom, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Germany, Chile, Middle East and other countries. Our Factory
Our company's production base is in Chenzhao, Qixian County. At present, there are two multi-arc ion coating production lines, both of which undertake the new material experimental base of Shanghai Second Polytechnic University. Each year, they provide more than 3000 sets of new material experimental data to Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, and they are selected through orthogonal experiments. Test at representative points. These representative points are evenly dispersed, neat and comparable. The value of these data was used in exchange for the free use right of two patents of Shanghai Second Polytechnic University and the free use right of new material targets.
At present, our company has developed many new products using multi-arc ion coating equipment. These new products are exported to the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Saudi Arabia and other countries, and have passed the SGS inspection. It meets the requirements of food grade and reaches the standard of more than 600ppm. Also passed the inspection of the National Glassware Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
In 2015, our company increased the production line of borosilicate material products. The shape of the product was above 99% consistent with the product shape provided by the customer. The process has also been transformed from easy to difficult, combined with one-stop service with product shape post-processing and sales, which makes our cooperation with customers more professional and flexible, and meets the great needs of our customers in mature industrial production.
